This Privacy Policy explains how Forget The Gym ("FTG," "we," "us") handles information when you visit forgetthegym.com, use the FTG training app, sign up for coaching, or otherwise interact with us.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, email address, phone number, and billing/shipping address when you create an account, purchase a plan, book training, or request information.
- Health and fitness information you choose to share: goals, injuries, preferences, photos, videos, workout logs, nutrition notes, and form-check submissions. You control what you share.
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, app crashes, device type, and approximate location (IP-based) to keep the service running and improve your experience.
- Communications: emails, texts, in-app messages, and call notes between you and our coaching team.
How we use your information
- To deliver and personalize your coaching, workouts, and nutrition guidance.
- To process payments, manage your subscription, and provide customer support.
- To send you service-related messages, check-ins, and content you've asked to receive.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run FTG (payment processing, hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality, and when required by law. Coaches and staff can see only the information needed to support your training.
Your choices
- Access or update: log into your account or email privacy@forgetthegym.com.
- Unsubscribe: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply STOP to any FTG text message.
- Delete your account: contact us at privacy@forgetthegym.com. Some records may be retained as required for legal, security, or billing purposes.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and do not share sensitive health information in unsecured channels.
Third-party services
FTG uses trusted third parties for payments, hosting, analytics, and communication. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not intentionally share health or fitness data with advertisers.
Children's privacy
FTG is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
